BSB51918 Diploma of Leadership and Management

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.

They plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources.

 

Units of Competency:

12 units of competency - 4 core units, 8 elective units. 

 

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL):  This qualification is available for partial or full RPL. Your application for RPL must be submitted prior to commencing study.

Requirements: All participants are required to provide identification, preferably with a photo (e.g. driver's licence, firearms licence, passport). You must also bring your Unique Student Identifier (USI). We are unable to generate your certification without this. If you do not have a USI, please create one at https://www.usi.gov.au/students/create-your-usi

There are no pre-requisites for this qualification, however some imported units may have specific pre-requisites. 

 

Learning Support: If you feel as though you will need some additional learning support to complete this course, please provide details when enrolling. All participants are required to complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment prior to beginning course.

On successful completion of all training and assessment, learners will receive a Certificate of Achievement and a Record of Results for BSB51918 Diploma of Leadership & Management
