Effective Client Case Management

This non-accredited workshop will provide participants with an opportunity to explore best practice in case management with vulnerable clients, and where it is necessary to collaborate with other agencies to achieve best outcomes with clients.


Key content areas include:

  • Conducting case management meetings

  • Developing an appropriate approach to case management

  • Developing a case management plan

  • Managing case work activities


This workshop is most suitable for any employee in the health and community services industry.


Duration: 4-hour face-to-face workshop

Workshop Cost: $335.00 per person. Cost includes all resources, as well as morning and afternoon tea.

Outcome: On successful completion of this workshops, participants will receive a Statement of Attendance. This course is non-accredited.
