This workshop explores power dynamics in the client/worker relationship and provides participants with a decision making framework that will protect both client and worker in professional interactions. The learning objectives are to identify the issues that cause relationship violations, the context and tools upon which to make ethical decisions.


This workshop is suitable for people working in health, disability, community, education, and early childhood education and care services.


Duration: 4-hour face-to-face workshop

Workshop Cost: $335.00 per person. Cost includes all resources and morning tea.

Outcome: On successful completion of this workshops, participants will receive a Statement of Attendance. This course is non-accredited.
