In order to continue as an elected HSR, Work Health and Safety Queensland requires a HSR to attend refresher training at least every three years, this training is one-day in duration and is used to refresh an applicant in their responsibilities as an elected HSR. (Reference: Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011 - Current as at 01st of July 2024)

 

Duration: 1 day of face-to-face training

Course Cost: $434.00 per participant.

 

Outcome: On successful completion of all training and assessment requirements, participants will receive a Statement of Attendance for WHSQHSRNCB01 Health & Safety Representative (Refresher).

Requirements:

• All participants are required to provide identification for sighting, preferably with a photo (e.g. driver's licence, firearms licence, passport).

• All participants must be currently elected as a Health & Safety Representative within their workplace, and it is no longer than 3 years since attending the HSR full course.​
