Learner Information
We are focused on our learners. We know that every learner is different, and requires an individual needs assessment. When you enrol in one of our courses, we will have an in-depth discussion with you to determine your training goals, support needs, and the best plan of action to make your goals a reality.

USI
Since 1 January 2015, all learners undertaking nationally recognised training must have a USI. We are unable to process your certification without one, and it is a requirement of the enrolment process.
There is no cost for a USI. You can apply yourself online, or we can create one for you (you just have to give us written permission and required information).
