Implement Traffic Management Plan
This unit of competency addresses the skills and knowledge required to implement a traffic management
plan in civil construction and is appropriate for those working in operational roles.
TMI Full program - 8 hours of face-to-face training with theoretical assessment, with a follow up practical component of workplace based logged training and third-party report from direct Supervisor of these logged activities which must be completed within a three-month period. The online working in Proximity to Traffic 1 & 2 programs which are TMR based must also be completed in the three-month period for successful completion of this training.
TMI Renewal program – 8 hours of face to face training, prerequisites for attending the renewal component of this program from the 01st of October 2019 is to have completed the online working in Proximity to Traffic 1 & 2 programs which are TMR based. And be able to present a current TMI TMR certified card and TMI Currency of Industry Practice (COIP) form with Supporting evidence.
Course Cost: Full course - $442.50 per participant. Refresher course - $335 per participant.

Full Program - On successful completion of all training and assessment requirements, participants will receive a Statement of Attainment for RIIWHS302D Implement traffic management plan and TMR certified wallet sized card.
Renewal Program – The unit of competency RIIRIS301D Apply risk management processes and a current TMI TMR certified wallet sized card will be awarded as a result of providing the evidence outlined in the COIP and completing the renewal program.
All participants are required to provide identification for sighting, preferably with a photo (e.g. driver's licence, firearms licence, passport).
You must also bring your Unique Student Identifier (USI). We are unable to generate your certification without this. If you do not have a USI, please create one at https://www.usi.gov.au/students/create-your-usi
Current employment in civil construction industry to accumulate required logged hours.
